Barrel-aged barleywine-imperial stout blend, 11.5% abv 65 IBU
Our Anniversary barleywine brewed in 2023 and boiled for 5 hours then aged for two years in maple bourbon barrels. After two years of aging it was blended with an imperial stout and conditioned on vanilla beans.

Oud bruin-style dark sour, 8.5% abv 25 IBU
A blended dark sour made from a strong dark stock ale and a single Malbec barrel-aged dark sour aged with Frontenac grape pomace from Javens Family Vineyard & Winery. An oud bruin is a Belgian style that is balanced in maltiness and tartness, with layers of complexity from blending.

German-style black lager, 5% abv 20 IBU
A taproom favorite German-style black lager made with Pilsner, Munich and dark de-bittered roasted malts for a light-medium bodied, smooth dark lager with delicious toasted malt depth and coffee/chocolate notes!

• Malt: Rahr North Star pilsner malt, Gambrinus Dark Munich Malt, wheat malt, melanoidin malt, de-bittered roasted malts

Hazy pale ale, 5.5% abv 35 IBU
One of our original beers and a beer we love to keep bringing back! A taproom favorite that features a unique combination of base malts, pillowy wheat and aromatic malt giving it an orange hue to complement the citrusy orange notes from the yeast and hops used to brew it.

Scottish Export-style Ale, 6% abv 15 IBU
The 2023 & 2024 Best of Craft Beer and 2024 MN Brewer's Cup competition gold medalist! A true-to-style malty Scottish amber ale brewed with all Scottish malt and a classic Scottish yeast. Expect bready malt notes with light caramel accents; it is a perfect pint for chilly winter days and nights.

West Coast-style IPA, 6.5% abv 60 IBU
This West Coast-style IPA features 44 lbs of the Yakima Chief Hops 2024 Veterans Hop Blend over a base of Gambrinus IPA and Honey malt. The hop blend includes Citra, Crystal, Ekuanot, El Dorado, and Simcoe varieties from the Pacific Northwest. Yakima Chief Hops is donating up to $3 per pound sold to Stop Soldier Suicide, a non-profit that aims to reduce the suicide rate among our nation’s veterans.
